IT’S THE NEW YEAR!!!🎉2018 is here and that means new releases and new stuff for me to spend my money on. Even though I say every year that I will save my money and not online shop, I always find myself clicking check out on Amazon. I promise that this go around I will do better, but with scrolling, Instagram companies are finding new ways for me to spend my coins so we will see how this goes. With all of that being said here are a few things that have caught my eye to buy in January. #iwannabuys
All of my #iwannabuys are makeup and skin care. Mainly skin care because why would you wear makeup without taking care of the face underneath it all.
NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation
I am so excited for this foundation. I feel like it is the perfect mix between the NARS All day Luminous and the Sheer Glow foundations. On Sephora.com it is said to be a 16-hour foundation that is lightweight, breathable, fade-resistant and is a medium-to-full, buildable coverage. It is also supposed to be transfer proof. Not many foundations can say this, so I am looking forward to seeing how this claim works out.
The Ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA
Your girl suffers from hyperpigmentation and tons of dark spots from acne scarring , so I must get my hands on this product. Alpha Arbutin is supposed to help reduce these issues and the price makes it even better. This serum is just shy of $ 9. Only $9! Now if you can find skin care products that actually works and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, you are winning.
The Ordinary Azelaic Acid Suspension 10%
The active ingredient in this cream-gel is Azelaic Acid. It helps with brightening your skin and improves the overall texture of it. The Ordinary offers great skin care for a very low price and this product fits right in at a price of $8. Please take my coins!
Shea Moisture Daily Glow Priming Moisturizer
Since the weather is so cold, my skin hates me so I must moisturize. I have been using Shea Moistures Nighttime Face oil which has been working but I still need some moisture during the day. Moisturizer as a primer is my thing but finding the right one can be a hassle. The Daily Glow Priming Moisturizer is said to give an instant glow all while preparing your skin for makeup application and continues to deliver all-day moisture with 100% coconut oil. I very excited about trying out this one.
Morphe 24G Palette
Morphe eyeshadows never disappoint and with the new 24G palette, I expect nothing less. It has a lot of great neutral tones as well as some rosy colors (perfect for Valentines). It reminds me a lot of the ABH Modern Renaissance but with more color options and half the price.
What products are you planning on buying this January?
Until next time…
